Terms of Service

By using ListBouncer you agree to these terms. They cover what we provide, how you may and may not use the service, and how either of us can end the agreement.
The service
ListBouncer accepts CSV files of email addresses, verifies them against their respective mail servers, and returns a cleaned list with a risk report. We don't guarantee a specific accuracy rate but aim for industry-standard quality.
Acceptable use
You may only upload addresses you have a lawful basis to process. You may not use ListBouncer to validate scraped lists, send spam, or harass any recipient. See our anti-spam policy for details.
Credits and payment
Credits are sold in packs. Credits do not expire while your account is active. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, particularly the acceptable-use clause.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
