ListBouncer respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
Account data: your email address and name when you sign up. List data: the CSV files you upload, processed only to return verification results. Usage data: standard server logs (IP, timestamp, request path) retained for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We process uploaded lists to return verification results. We never sell, share, or use your contact data for marketing other products. Account email is used only to send you transactional updates about your jobs.
Data retention
Uploaded CSV files are processed in memory and never written to disk; once verification finishes, the original file is gone. Verification result rows (one per address) are kept in your account until you delete the report from your dashboard, which wipes the address rows along with it. Account data is kept while your account is active.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account data at any time from the dashboard. EU residents have additional rights under the GDPR (see our GDPR page). California residents have rights under the CCPA. Email support@listbouncer.com to exercise any of these rights.
Sub-processors
We use a small number of vetted sub-processors to operate the service: Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), Upstash (queue), Resend (email delivery), and Hetzner (compute/hosting). A current list is available on request.
