We want you to get value from ListBouncer. If a paid credit pack doesn't deliver what you expected, here's how refunds work.

30-day money-back guarantee

Within 30 days of purchase you can request a full refund on any unused credits. Email support@listbouncer.com from the address on your account.

Used credits

Credits that have already been spent on verifications are non-refundable, since we've already incurred the cost of running those checks for you.

If accuracy is poor

If the cleaned list you receive doesn't meaningfully improve your bounce rate on a real send, contact us within 14 days of the affected send with the bounce report from your sender. We'll review and refund if our results were materially off. (A shorter window applies here because accuracy claims need a fresh send to evaluate.)
