Anti-Spam Policy

ListBouncer exists to help legitimate senders protect their deliverability. We do not support, condone, or enable spam. This policy explains what you may and may not do with the service.
Permitted use
You may upload addresses that you have a lawful basis to contact. Typical examples: subscribers who opted in to your newsletter, customers, leads who gave you their address, addresses you have a contract with.
Prohibited use
You may NOT use ListBouncer to verify: • Scraped lists collected without permission • Purchased lists from third-party data vendors • Addresses harvested from public web pages without consent • Lists used for unsolicited bulk email (UBE / spam) • Lists used for harassment, fraud, phishing, or any unlawful purpose
Reporting abuse
If you believe a ListBouncer customer is using the service in violation of this policy, email abuse@listbouncer.com with details.
Consequences
Accounts found to be violating this policy will be suspended and unused credits forfeited. Severe or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Spirit of the policy
The intent is simple: ListBouncer should be used to help good senders stay good. If you're unsure whether a use case is acceptable, ask before you upload.
